Update | Fall 2017
Hello everyone! This semester has been so packed since receiving our new installation passes, we've gotten a little behind on ministry updates. Here's a quick recap of what's been happening with Young Life Military/Club Beyond in Ramstein, Germany over the fall semester so far!
Ultimate Frisbee Fridays at RHS lunch are a hit!
OUR MINISTRY WEEK
We have a structured ministry schedule, curated as much as possible around the Ramstein High School schedule and other local youth ministries (we're passionate about cooperation instead of competition - we're all serving the same Kingdom!). We visit RHS during school lunch 2-3 times a week, hold weekly Club meetings, a weekly group Bible study, meet with HS friends one-on-one or in small groups, attend sports games/concerts/plays, host outreach events, bi-monthly leadership meetings, monthly prayer meetings, and more.
RECENT MINISTRY EVENTS
We've had a ton of fun and well-attended Club meetings and outreach events so far this semester. The highlights include rock climbing, 90's-themed roller skating, the Seewoog Challenge (a multi-youth group, field game-style event at a local lake), and a day hike to a local rock formation called Teufelstisch (Devil's Table).

A few weeks ago, we had the opportunity to be adult volunteers for RHS Homecoming. Besides attending the football game and hanging out with teens at the school bonfire, we also got to help set up for the dance, and chaperone the late shift (9:30pm-midnight). It was a great way to build relationships with teachers, parents, and our high school friends were actually excited to see us there! P.S. - dancing has changed so much since we were in high school... so. much. twerking.

It's been a full semester so far, and we're overjoyed to see growth in our relationships with teens as we continue to be present in their world on base. Recently, one of our high school friends shared, "I don't fit in at home or at school, but I fit in at Club Beyond." Such a heart-warming affirmation!

PRAYER REQUESTS
- Military teens and their families stationed at home and overseas.
- Young Life Military/Club Beyond staff and their families serving around the world.

- Our continued physical, emotional, and spiritual health, especially as the grey winter weather settles in.
